Supervision is essential in the field of behaviour analysis, both for certification and to ensure we maintain our golden standard as professionals. I understand the challenges of working with a small team or even independently as a professional on a behaviour analytic programme as I have focused my work on places that do not have access to large educational settings offering our services. I am flexible with the delivery of my supervision and am passionate about creating excellent, well rounded behaviour analysts.
